The Strength Within
You know that the blood contains iron (elemental atom = Fe) in it's purest elemental form. If you put all the iron in your body together, you have enough iron in you to build an impenetrable, 4 inch, solid nail with iron strength. Whenever you feel weak or helpless, you think about that iron nail. Remember that it's in you.
